Development of new cosmetic silicones for foundation formulations

New silicone compounds, including grafted acrylic copolymers with carboxylic acid functionality, silicone gelling agents with long alkyl chains and hydrophilic groups, and hybrid silicone powders are finding use in cosmetic foundation products.
