Conversion of Partnership to a Private Limited Company

Introduction Roqker is a partnership business, which was registered as a partnership on 5 July 1985 with three partners (Husband, wife and their son). The business was registered for the purpose of exporting Tea to middle eastern countries. Since this Company is being as a partnership for over twenty five years and engaged in the business of exporting tea to middle eastern countries, currently concentrating on converting the partnership to a Private Limited Company.
