The invention relates to a guide system which comprises road side detecting equipment, a highway traffic management center and vehicle-mounted equipment. The road side detecting equipment is installed at an inlet section of an accident-prone road section. The road side detecting equipment is used for collecting front vehicle speed information, front vehicle flow information and front road condition information of the accident-prone road section, and transmitting the information to the vehicle-mounted equipment, or used for transmitting basic information of the vehicle-mounted equipment, real-time vehicle speed of the vehicle-mounted equipment and safety vehicle speed to the highway traffic management center. The vehicle-mounted equipment is used for calculating and analyzing safety vehicle speed of the accident-prone road section based on the front vehicle speed information, the front vehicle flow information, the front road condition information and real-time vehicle information and transmitting the safety vehicle speed, the basic information of the vehicle-mounted equipment and the detected real-time vehicle speed to the highway traffic management center through the road side detecting equipment. The road traffic management center is used for judging whether the real-time vehicle speed of the vehicle-mounted equipment is larger than the safety vehicle speed or not, and gives an alarm if yes.
