Foam generating apparatus

The invention discloses a foam generating apparatus which comprises a mixing chamber and an annular jet flow inlet, wherein the annular jet flow inlet comprises a liquid phase inlet and a gas phase inlet; the gas phase inlet is divided into a medium channel and a wall channel; an annular channel between the middle channel and the wall channel is the liquid phase inlet; and a spiral flow piece is arranged in the mixing chamber, and a filter screen is arranged in front of the outlet of the mixing chamber. The gas phase inlet is connected with a gas source, the liquid phase inlet is connected with a foam liquid supply apparatus; the liquid phase is ring shaped while entering the mixing chamber, and the gas phase is at the center and the periphery of the ring shape; the gas phase and the liquid phase firstly encounter the spiral flow disturbing piece, and relatively large continuous liquid blocks are broken into relatively small liquid blocks or liquid threads; then relatively small liquid blocks and liquid threads are dispersed into fine liquid drops or bubbles through the filter screen, and the fine liquid drops or bubbles are connected to a foam spraying apparatus through the outlet of the mixing chamber. According to the foam generating apparatus disclosed by the invention, the gas liquid mixing effect is improved and the foam generating efficiency is enhanced.
