Driving circuit for flat panel display device

The embodiment of the present invention relates to the driving circuit of a flat panel display device. The embodiment includes a first region which has a first width and a first length, a second region which is arranged in one side of the first region and has the first width and the first length, a second region which is arranged in one side of the second region and has a second width which is different from the first width and a second length which is different from the first length, and a third region which is arranged in one side of the third region and has the second width and the second length. A different type transistor is arranged in the first region, the second region, the third region, and the forth region, respectively.
