Studies of the inhibition of couple corrosion of casing steel

By measuring the couple corrosion current of 13Cr and N80 steel,the efficacy of different corrosion inhibitors were compared and the synergistic effect between the inhibitors and thiourea in couple corrosion was investigated.The behavior of the corrosion inhibitor BHD-Z was studied by measuring polarization curves.It was found that the inhibition effect of the corrosion inhibitor BHD-Z was improved when thiourea was added.The optimal dosage of thiourea was found to be 4%.The corrosion inhibitor BHD-Z mainly inhibits the anodic process and belongs to the class of anodic-type inhibitors.
