Study on the antibacterial effect of Qingkailing particles

Objective:To observed the antibacterial of Qingkailing particles in vitro.Methods:To determinate inhibition of Qingkailing particles for hemolytic streptococcus,alpha hemolytic streptococcus,Streptococcus pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus and Minimum inhibitory concentration.Results:MIC of the Qingkailing particles on beta hemolytic streptococcus,alpha hemolytic streptococcus,Streptococcus pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus were:0.031 3 g/mL;0.031 3 g/mL;0.062 5 g/mL;0.031 3 g/mL and 0.062 5 g/mL.Conclusion:Qingkailing particles have good antimicrobial effect on beta hemolytic streptococcus,alpha hemolytic streptococcus,Streptococcus pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus.
