Automatic zero pole adjusting circuit for ionized radiation spectroscopic system

1988
PURPOSE: To perform zero pole adjustment of system automatically by providing a zero pole network performing zero pole adjustment of system with an input control signal, as a function of sampling, to a sampling circuit. CONSTITUTION: An amplifier/filter circuit 24 receives a sample output prior to low-pass filtering and provides a circuit 40 with an identification pulse required for operation in the control circuit 40. A sampling circuit 42 clamps an input from the circuit 24 and delivers the output to a control signal circuit 44 which outputs an input control signal, as a function of sampling, to a zero pole network 46. The zero pole network 46 is connected with the bypass filter 18 of a system 10 which outputs electrical characteristic as a function of the input control signal and enables zero pole adjustment of the system. According to the arrangement, zero pole adjustment of an ionized spectroscopic system can be performed automatically. COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO
