Composite of special hydraulic oil for wind turbine generator and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a composite of special hydraulic oil for a wind turbine generator. The composite comprises the following components by weight percent: 1.0-3.0% of anti-wear reagent at extreme pressure, 0.3-1.5% of amine antioxygen, 0.2-1.0% of phenol antioxygen, 0.02-0.3% of metal deactivator, 0.01-0.1% of anti-foaming agent, and the balance of base oil, wherein the anti-wear reagent at extreme pressure is an anti-micro pitting corrosion additive, the amine antioxygen is oil soluble tertiary alkyl primary amine, the metal deactivator is a thiadiazole derivant, and the base oil is formed by mixing 10.0-30.0% of ester oil and the balance of poly-alpha olefin. Compared with the prior art, the composite has the beneficial effects of being in accordance with chinese climate environment characteristics, effectively avoiding abrasion of a wind turbine generator transmission system in running, prolonging the service life of the wind turbine generator, and having broad market prospect.
