Some aspects of the development of the innovative potential of Russia in international business

This article is devoted theoretical aspects of innovation and innovative development of states, as well as the facts international rating agencies engaged in the assessment and analysis of innovation activity of the states of the world; taking into account the relevance of this topic for the development of international business in general, the authors give some recommendations that contribute to the development of the country's innovative potential.
