The invention discloses a marine biological enzyme solid-liquid separation flow controller based on a fuzzy sliding mode variable structure, belonging to the technical field of marine biological enzyme solid-liquid separation flow control. The controller consists of a DSP (digital signal processing) module, a sliding mode control module, a fuzzy control module, a flow sensor and the like; the DSP module is used for outputting a next position instruction r (k) of the flow; and the flow sensor is used for detecting and outputting the current position signal x (k) of the flow, and a control signal u (k) is output through a series of data processing. Aiming at the characteristics of large lagging performance, nonlinearity, time variability and incapability of obtaining accurate mathematical models of the solid-liquid separation system of the marine biological enzyme solid liquid, the conventional fuzzy control and the sliding mode variable structure control are combined, and thus, the controller has the advantages of the fuzzy control and the sliding mode variable structure control, namely the advantages of the conventional fuzzy control are maintained, the stability of the system is enhanced, and meanwhile, the chattering phenomenon of the sliding mode control is weakened.
