Evaluación de inoculantes de hongos micorrízicos arbusculares de glomus clarum y glomus fasciculatum en medio líquido (licomic

2009
This study has as a main purpose the evaluation of the viability from mycorrhiza fungi (HMA) Glomus clarum and Glomus fasciculatum, on liquid solutions, as the capacity of colonization of them in front of a transform rootlet (Ri-TDNA) of the carrots. The HMA reproduced themselves in association with the Sorghum vulgare, getting as a result, in the end of the life cycle from the host, a lot of biological material. For this studies were done two experiments, in the first one, was studied the fungicide viability of the spores in a liquid medium of conservation (underneath of the paten solicitude) and was used as control treatment sterile distillate water, under an aleatory complementary design with four (4) treatments and ten (10) observations. Each experimental unit was composed by 100 disinfectant spores and collected in mediums or waters. This experiment lasted 8 months and among this period of time was done weekly and monthly evaluations of the percentages of the viability of them. In the second, was studied the capacity of colonization of the spores from 8 months of being collected in front of the rootlet of the carrots, in which was evaluated the number of germinated spores, the percentage of germination and the longitude of colonization root. In each one of the experiments was applied the correspond ANOVA, and in the case in which was presented some differences among the media of the treatments, was applied the comparative test of Tukey. In the liquid medium chosen, was achieved a time of viability and stability highest to 8 months, found an important lost of the viability of the spores of both species on water. The rootstalks expressed their germinate capacity until the 30 days of incubation, no finding any significant different during the studies. The fungi propagators that major values reached was the extrametrical mycelium, however, in the case of the spores, was also found high percentage of germination, which appeared to be related with a strong stress caused by the walls from them, because of they were 8 months in an osmotic protected liquid medium. The essays of colonization allowed arguing that the spores and mycelium not only germinate, but they produced a strong gradual colonization from the day 14 after the experiment was begun and it was similar for both species. Finally, we can argue that inoculant liquid was effective from the biological point of view, getting levels of function that are acceptable.
