The invention discloses a silicon oxide mesoporous material having chiral structure and method for preparing same which consists of, forming micelle chirality structure guiding action by using chirality alanine anionic surface active agent N-alkyl-L-alanine and its salt at the presence of base or inorganic acid, using alkaline silicane with amido or quaternary ammonium salt as auxiliary structure guiding agent, and synthesizing by using various organosilane as silicon oxide material source.
