National Report on Dutch Mortgage Law

This national report on Dutch mortgage law is written as one of many country reports which form the basis of a larger comparative study on European mortgage law, to be published by Cambridge University Press. The report focuses on the main characteristics, the ranking and the method of enforcement of the Dutch mortgage on land and other registered property. It also treats the position of the mortgagee in the mortgagor's insolvency.
