Cause and treating method of jam in cold water tube in No.1 generator of second stage on Qin Shan Nuclear Power Plant

To analyze the reasons of jam in cold water tube in No.1 generator of the second stage in Qin Shan nuclear power plant from the environmental change of hollow conductor leading to corrosion aggravate angle.Then to analyze the reasons of sediments awalys separated in the water export.Through the material research and soluble scale test,the whole chemical cleaning membrane scheme was made.After implementation,the problem of jam in coil bar has beed solved successfully,and prevented the hollow of wires corrosion again effectively.The effect of chemical cleaning and membrane is good.
