Practical aspects of active phased arrays characterization during thermal testing

In this paper practical results of active phased array measurements during thermal testing are presented. Measurement setup, comprising planar near-field scanner and modified climatic chamber with radiotransparent window, is shown. Various methods of measurement duration reduction are analyzed.
