Estudio acelerado de estabilidad de didanosina: estudios preliminares

2003
In this paper, an accelerated stability testing was carried out with the drug didanosine (ddl), a nucleoside analogue for the treatment of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS). Didanosine was kept under different storage conditions of temperature and humidity during three months. The samples were all tested by HPLC as analytical method; the linearity, accuracy and precision of this method were adequate. The highest level of temperature and humidity were the most influential on the stability of the drug.
