Gas-containing coal hydrofracture-induced dynamic damage simulation monitoring device and method

2014
The invention relates to the technical field of experimental devices, and discloses a gas-containing coal hydrofracture-induced dynamic damage simulation monitoring device and method. The device comprises a sealed cavity for containing a cubic coal sample, an acoustic emission monitoring unit, a confining pressure unit, a hydrofracture unit and a gas injection unit, wherein the confining pressure unit extends into the sealed cavity to apply confining pressure onto the cubic coal sample; the gas injection unit extends into the sealed cavity to inject gas into the cubic coal sample; the hydrofracture unit extends into the sealed cavity to perform hydrofracture on the cubic coal sample; and the acoustic emission monitoring unit extends into the sealed cavity to acquire an acoustic emission signal from the cubic coal sample. The device can be used for monitoring and analyzing gas-containing coal hydrofracture-induced dynamic damage with different gas pressure and different coal intensities under different pressure conditions. The device is simple in structure, simple in monitoring method and easy to operate.
