Congenital fistula of the right coronary artery to the left ventricle: The third case in the literature

Abstract A case of the right coronary-left ventricle fostula, the third case in the literature, was reported with a brief review of the literature. A speculation about the origin of the heart murmur, not previously described, was commented on.
