Генетические предикторы хронизации пиелонефрита у детей

At present the problem of pyelonephritis is extremely important and diverse, as the treatment of patients with this nosology of complexity in the daily work of doctors of different specialties. One of the modern approaches to the prevention of nephrology pathology is genetic risk prediction of its formation. The aim of our study was to evaluate the significance of modern positions of genetic markers in the implementa tion of the propensity to chronic pyelonephritis in children and ana lyze their association with major etiological and clinical characteristics of the disease. The results confirm the important role of Toll like receptors in innate immune responses implement and allow to consid er gene polymorphism Toll like receptor 4 as additional prognostic indicator in genetic studies.
