The invention relates to a six-shaft multi-stage numerical control drilling milling machine tool. A left vertical shaft spindle box is connected with a left column, a left vertical shaft servo motor is connected with the left vertical shaft spindle box, and the left vertical shaft spindle box is arranged on a guide track of the left column. A left cross sliding base is connected with a left transverse servo motor and arranged on a guide track of a machine tool body. A left working table is connected with the left cross sliding base and connected onto a guide track of the left cross sliding base through a left vertical servo motor. A right vertical shaft spindle box is connected with a right column and driven by a right vertical drill servo motor to be connected onto a guide track of the right column. A right cross sliding base is connected with a right transverse servo motor and arranged on the guide track of the machine tool body. A right working table is connected with the right cross sliding base and driven by a right vertical servo motor to be connected onto a guide track of the right cross sliding base. The six-shaft multi-stage numerical control drilling milling machine tool overcomes the defect that working efficiency is low, clamping is repeated, product quality is not easy to control and the like. The six-shaft multi-stage numerical control drilling milling machine tool is clamped through one time and can conduct drilling, rough milling and finish-milling on workpieces, improves efficiency, and is high in machining precision and good in reliability.
