The utility model belongs to the metallurgical equipment, and particularly relates to a rotary feed-in mechanism for a two-roller cold pilger mill. The rotary feed-in mechanism is characterized in that three worm gears are arranged on a rotary feed-in box, wherein two worm gears are used for being connected with a lead screw to achieve lead screw feed-in movement, and the other is used for being connected with a feeding rod to achieve the rotary movement of the feeding rod and a tube blank chuck; the lead screw and the feeding rod are arranged on a machine tool body of the cold pilger mill, which is arranged at one end of the rotary feed-in box, and a core rod clamping mechanism is arranged at the other end thereof; and the three worm gears are driven by a servomotor. The rotary feed-in mechanism for the two-roller cold pilger mill provided by the utility model has the advantages of simple structure, smooth and accurate rotary feed-in and less impact load.
