The invention relates to the technical field of bioreactors in medical instruments, specifically, relates to a tower-plate perfusion-type bioreactor flow field velocity measuring method and a device for realizing the same. The invention provides a simple and convenient flow velocity measuring method according to the flow field of a fluid between tower plate layers in a tower-plate perfusion-type bioreactor, and provides a fast, simple, convenient and low-cost research approach for flow velocity distribution of a key flow field area in the tower-plate perfusion-type bioreactor. The invention also provides a device capable of measuring the flow velocity distribution of the flow field between the tower plate layers in the tower-plate perfusion-type bioreactor. The device can fast and effectively measure the velocity of a fluid in a targeted area real time with low cost.
