Noninvasive breathing airway opener

2015
The invention discloses a noninvasive breathing airway opener. The opener comprises a headrest, a head fixing device and a respiration monitoring device. Two jaw holders are respectively arranged on the two sides of the front portion of the headrest, and each jaw holder is connected to a lifting mechanism. Each lifting mechanism comprises a horizontal adjusting mechanism, a vertical adjusting mechanism and an angle adjusting mechanism; each lifting mechanism comprises a motor, a ball screw and a screw nut; the power output end of the lifting mechanism is connected to the corresponding jaw holder through a jaw holder connecting piece; the horizontal adjusting mechanism is provided with a hand-operated adjusting device, an automatic adjusting device and a locking device; and the vertical adjusting mechanism is also provided with a hand-operated adjusting device, an automatic adjusting device and a locking device. The jaw holders are in contact with the lower end of the lower end, the side surface and the rear end of the mandible of a patient. The jaw holders are driven to move through the lifting mechanisms arranged on the two sides of the headrest, the mandible is in contact with the jaw holders, and the mandible is pulled when a respiration process is interrupted, so that the breathing airway of the patient is opened through the mechanical apparatus, and side-effects on the patient caused by tracheal incision or intubation can be avoided. The opener is applicable to medical apparatuses used for opening airways.
