Magnetic Field Simulation Analysis of New Type Coil-type Axial Magnetic

The contact structure of vacuum circuit breaker affects the internal magnetic field distribution. In order to study the influence of a new type of coil-type axial magnetic field contact structure on the internal magnetic field, a three-dimensional contact model was established in this paper, and the magnetic field was simulated by Ansoft Maxwell software. From the results we can see: Choosing the right coil structure can effectively reduce the magnetic field and make the magnetic field distribution more uniform, When the coil height is constant, the larger the coil width, the larger the maximum magnetic field density generated, and the smaller the magnetic field density minimum. When the coil height is 12mm and the width is 14mm, the 126kV vacuum interrupter contacts generate the largest magnetic field and are evenly distributed.
