The invention provides an epoxy resin plastic mold and a preparation process thereof. The epoxy resin plastic mold is prepared from, by weight, 50-60 parts of aliphatic epoxy resin, 20-30 parts of quartz powder, 20-30 parts of aluminum powder, 30-40 parts of iron powder, 15-20 parts of polyazelaic polyanhydride, 5-10 parts of silicon nitride and 3-5 parts of steel fibers. The prepared epoxy resin plastic mold has excellent heat resistance and hardness, mold release agents cannot be sprayed when the epoxy resin plastic mold is used for pouring forming of other materials, pouring parts can easily release from molds, use of the mold release agents is decreased, working efficiency is improved, and the mold is long in service life and has excellent popularization and application values.
