Preparation method of composite material of silk fibroin and cyclodextrin

The invention relates to a preparation method of a silk fibroin composite material, especially to a method of preparing a silk fibroin bracket with high mechanical properties, belonging to a processing method of the silk fibroin. The method comprises: preparing a silk fibroin aqueous solution, adding a certain amount of cyclodextrin powder into the silk fibroin aqueous solution, continuously stirring to uniformly mix, thereby obtaining a mixed solution of the silk fibroin and the cyclodextrin, condensing, molding, and freeze-drying to obtain the composite material of the silk fibroin and the cyclodextrin. According to the invention, during a whole treating process, the method has advantages of low energy consumption, high biological security, low price, easy and convenient operation and no environmental pollution; and the prepared biological silk fibroin bracket materials are quite good in mechanical properties. The silk fibroin and cyclodextrin composite bracket has a maximum compressive strength being up to 20.65 +/- 0.5 MPa. By using the method, the porous bracket materials with relatively high mechanical properties can be prepared, and are expected to be used for bone restoration material in organization engineering.
