Results of our investigations showed that HU-210 mimicked the ischemic postconditioning phenomenon i.e. this compound exerted the infarct-limiting effect after the occurrence of ischemic cardiac injury. The compound exhibited strong hypotensive effect and induced bradycardia in a given dose (0.1 mg/kg).
