High-strength conductive silicon rubber and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses high-strength conductive silicon rubber and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength conductive silicon rubber is prepared from the following components: 93-97 parts by weight of a first component, 3-7 parts by weight of a second component, 0.2-0.4 part by weight of a catalyst and 10-30 parts by weight of conductive montmorillonoid by virtue of mixing and curing, wherein the first component is vinyl-containing or allyl-terminated crude silicon rubber, the second component is hydrogen-containing polysiloxane, and the conductive montmorillonoid is obtained by organically modifying inorganic montmorillonoid by a conductive ferrocenyl quaternary ammonium salt. According to the high-strength conductive silicon rubber, by adding the conductive montmorillonoid obtained by modification in the silicon rubber as a conductive and reinforced filler, the prepared silicon rubber has electrical conductivity and high strength mechanical property, and the application prospect of the montmorillonoid is enlarged.
