Simulation Analysis on DCT Clutch Combined Time

A simplified three-dimensional model of the double-clutch was established after analyzing the gearshift process of the dual-clutch automatic transmission,and successfully imported into ADAMS.According to the actual condition of the DCT gearshift process,complete virtual prototype model w as finished after appended constraints,drive and load to the model.In order to study the impact of the pressure variation on the gearshift time,change the positive pressure on the dual-clutch,and output the angular velocity of the combined clutch.The simulation results indicates that positive pressure change have a direct link w ith the gearshift time.
