Halftone Information Hiding and Printed Anti-Counterfeiting Overview

Halftone information hiding technology is often used in printed anti-counterfeiting. It has the advantages of good anti-counterfeiting effect, low cost and anti-copy. These advantages make it attracted the attention of researchers. This paper introduces the research achievement and application of halftone information hiding and anti-counterfeiting technology in printed anti-counterfeiting. It mainly includes: halftone image information hiding based on halftone screening, halftone image information hiding based on metamerism, and halftone image information hiding based on printed quantum dots.
