Compositions, processes for their preparation and their use

Compositions containing as components (A) at least two alkoxylated alcohols, (B) at least one hydrophobic component selected from natural, modified natural and synthetic hydrophobic substances, (C) at least 20 wt .-%, based on the total weight of the composition, of water, characterized in that the compositions have a mean hydrodynamic radius in the range of 1 to 200 nm, determined by dynamic light scattering.
