The number of the tilted limiting frame to be arranged is determined according to the height from the drill hole to the platform where the anchor rope is arranged. The angle of the tilted limiting frame is gradually reduced from top to bottom. The steel rope is fixed with the anchor rope in whole length and fixed at the outer end of the anchor rope. The vertical limiting frame and the fixed pulley are arranged on the outer axis of the drill hole, so that the anchor rope is fed in smoothly along the axis of the drill hole. The anchor rope hauling-down device has the advantages of simple structure and high hauling-down efficiency, is convenient to use and operate, and the labor resources are saved.
