Anchor rope hauling-down device

2011
The utility model discloses a hauling-down device for a long and heavy anchor rope. A steel rope on a winding machine comes round a fixed pulley and passes through a vertical limiting frame and a tilted limiting frame, and then is bound with the anchor rope in whole length through a steel wire and fixed at the tail end of the anchor rope. The vertical limiting frame and the fixed pulley are fixed on a scaffold through a steel tube. The vertical limiting frame and the fixed pulley are arranged nearby the outer axis of a drill hole. The tilted limiting frame fixed on the scaffold is arranged at the rear lower part of the vertical limiting frame. The vertical limiting frame and the tilted limiting frame are respectively lap-jointed into the mouth shape by four steel tubes, and upper and lower two transverse steel tubes are respectively sleeved with casing tubes. The number of the tilted limiting frame to be arranged is determined according to the height from the drill hole to the platform where the anchor rope is arranged. The angle of the tilted limiting frame is gradually reduced from top to bottom. The steel rope is fixed with the anchor rope in whole length and fixed at the outer end of the anchor rope. The vertical limiting frame and the fixed pulley are arranged on the outer axis of the drill hole, so that the anchor rope is fed in smoothly along the axis of the drill hole. The anchor rope hauling-down device has the advantages of simple structure and high hauling-down efficiency, is convenient to use and operate, and the labor resources are saved.
