Machine tool bed structure with high buffer performance and preparation method thereof

2012
The invention relates to a machine tool bed structure with high buffer performance and a preparation method thereof. A machine tool bed is welded into a box structure through a thin plate, a lateral wall and a bottom plate in the box structure are reinforced and connected by using a rib plate, angle iron or steel rib, and a pipe piece with a blade on the outer wall is placed in the middle of a box. Stirred epoxy resin concrete is poured in the box structure and filled in the box through vibration or tamping, and finally the epoxy resin concrete achieves natural strength after appropriate heat preservation and cooling to use. The machine tool bed structure does not need a molding die, and damping capacity of manufactured machine tool bed improves 10-15 times compared with pure thick welded-steel plate structures and improves 5-10 times compared with an iron casting structure in a same shape. Strength of the bed is higher than that of a pure resin concrete bed.
