The invention discloses a remote auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system based on a network hospital and a remote auxiliary diagnosis and treatment method. In one embodiment of the invention, a doctor side wearable device is used for collecting position information operating to the patient side and the pressure corresponding to the position information, and the position information and the pressure are taken as an operation instruction and sent to a network hospital platform, the network hospital platform is used for sending the operation instruction to a patient side remote auxiliary diagnosis and treatment device, and the patient side remote auxiliary diagnosis and treatment device is used for collecting patients' body construction information, converting the position information in to second position information according to the body construction information, and applying pressure on patients' body corresponding to the second position information according to the pressure. The remote auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system based on the network hospital and the remote auxiliary diagnosis and treatment method can be used for implementing a remote on-line diagnosis and treatment process which simulates that a doctor diagnoses patients' conditions face to face.
