Limiting Laws and Penalization of Certain L'evy Processes by a Function of Their Maximum

We study some examples of penalization of the law of certain spectrally negative Levy processes X, involving the running maximum and the reflected process. In particular, path decompositions are given under the penalized law. The Levy system of X under the penalized law is computed explicitly.
