Tuber oligospermum from Morocco

Tuber oligospermum is recorded for the first time from Morocco. The macro- and microscopical characters are described, together with its habitat and phenology. The localities in Morocco are compared with those of the Andalucia Region of southern Spain. It is recorded as a mycorrhizal species useful for forest regeneration, and as an edible fungus.
