Washing machine and method to control thereof

PURPOSE: A washing machine and a control method thereof are provided for washing water to be effectively transferred to the laundry since the volume increase of the washing water making contact with a drum is maximized using the rotation of the drum and the bubble generation and thus the height of the washing water rises without extra water addition.
