STUDY ON CRITICAL FLUX OF MEMBRANE BIOREACTOR DURING DOMESTIC WASTEWATER TREATMENT

This paper applies "flux increase by degrees method" to measure critical flux and obtain three hydrodynamic operating section of MBR: exceed critical section,critical section and hypo-critical section;Under the condition of MLSS was 6000mg/L and aeration intensity was 0.5m3/h,critical section of membrane module is 10.68～13.86L/(m2·h),and confirm the hypo-critical section of membrane module is 12L/(m2·h).Based on this we studied the running characteristic under hypo-critical section.Experiments show that under hypo-critical section membrane fouling has obvious two phase characteristic: the first phase TMP goes up point-blank slowly,the second phase TMP goes up point-blank acutely.
