The invention discloses a data transmission method and system between a capacitive stylus and a touch screen, the capacitive stylus and the touch screen. The method comprises the following steps: the capacitive stylus acquires data to be transmitted; the capacitive stylus generates a first excitation signal according to the data to be transmitted and a receiving time sequence of a receiving electrode in the touch screen; and the capacitive stylus emits the first excitation signal to enable the receiving electrode to decode the first excitation signal according to the receiving time sequence to acquire the data to be transmitted. According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the capacitive stylus generates the first excitation signal, multi-level systems such as a ternary system and a quinary system are adopted for coding, so that the data transmission time is shortened, the data transmission accuracy is improved, and the user experience is improved.
