In this study, I projected a flat light source in a specified space to analyze the influence that the physical quantity of illumination has on heart rate variability (HRV), a physiological mechanism, which was identified as the most stable variable in 3000 K 50 lx and 6000 K 500 lx. 1) 3000K 50 lx was identified as the most stable variable in VLF and LF, and showed a more positive response to stress and body temperature adjustment after stimulation than before stimulation. 2) 6000 K 500 lx was identified as the most stable variable in HF and SDNN, and showed a more positive response to adaptivity and breathing cycle after stimulation than before stimulation.
