Analysis of phthalate esters in soak solution of plastic tube for water supplement by high performance liquid chromatography.

[Objective] To establish a determination method of 7 kinds of phthalate esters in soak water of plastic tube for water supplement.[Methods] Purification and enrichment of samples was performed by an OASISTMHLB solid phase extraction column,and HPLC was used to analyze the samples.[Results] Recovery rates for 7 kinds of phthalate esters were ranged from 87.3% to 98.4% with relative standard deviations from 1.67% to 3.47%.[Conclusion] The method is simple with high precision and high sensitivity.The method can be used to test DMP,DEP,DPP,DBP,DOP,BBP and DEHP in soak liquid of plastic tube for water supplement.
