ICP and Systemic Blood Pressure Changes After Administration of Prostaglandin E1 in Acute Stage of SAH
1993
We have already experimentally clarified impaired autoregulation and CO2 reactivity in the acute stage of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). At the 7th ICP meeting, we presented the potential of Nitroglycerin (TNG) infusion to maintain systemic blood pressure (SBP) and its intracranial pressure (ICP). This time, we aimed to clarify the effects of prostaglandin El (PGE1) infusion on ICP in the acute stage of SAH, both experimentally and clinically.
