The device comprises a positioning signal collector, a decoder and a host computer; the positioning signal collector comprises pressure sensitive switches, embedded wire ducts, a bottom floor and blocks of an elastic material; the pressure sensitive switches are all embedded into the bottom floor, and are connected with one another via the embedded wire ducts; the blocks of the elastic material are fixed on the bottom floor, and covered with a top floor; and leads lead out of the embedded wire ducts are connected with the decoder, and the decoder is connected with the host computer.
