Slot-type valved piezoelectric pump

The invention discloses a slot-type valved piezoelectric pump. An inlet grating and an inlet unidirectional valve are arranged at a liquid inlet, which is close to one end of a lower pump body, of a liquid feeding section in sequence; one end of the lower pump body is connected with the liquid feeding section through a flange; the other end of the lower pump body is connected with a liquid discharging section through a flange, and an outlet grating and an outlet unidirectional valve are arranged at a liquid outlet in the end of the lower pump body in sequence; the upper end of the lower pump body is connected with an upper pump body through a flange; a piezoelectric vibrator is fixed on the top surface of the upper pump body in a tight fit manner. A novel slot-type (cymbal or flat-plate) passive valve structure is designed, and an idea of realizing a valve function by deformation of a slot is provided. A (cymbal or flat plate) barrier structure is designed, and holes are uniformly formed in the barrier structure, so that liquid discharging is uniform; meanwhile, a valve is high in responsiveness; moreover, by the existence of a barrier, as being crossed with an outflow position of the valve, the barrier plays a role of a part of the valve when the valve is closed.
