The impact of whole course and multivariate nursing intervention on the outcomes of the pregnancies of women complicated with heart disease and their infants

2017
Objective To explore the influence and effects of whole course and multivariate nursing intervention on the outcomes of the pregnancies of women complicated with heart disease and their infants. Methods A total of 138 cases of pregnant women complicated with heart disease from January 2008 to June 2015 were selected and were randomly divided into observation group with 71 cases and control group with 67 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given whole course and multivariate nursing. Results The cases of vaginal delivery, term labor, heart failure, death and the average hospitalization stay were respectively 49, 55, 2, 0 and 6.78 days for the observation group, and the cases of vaginal delivery, term labor, heart failure, death and the average hospitalization stay were respectively 35, 39, 8, 4 cases and 9.26 days for the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P< 0.05). The cases of neonatal mild asphyxia, severe asphyxia and neonatal death were 7, 2 and 0 for the observation group, and the cases of neonatal mild asphyxia, severe asphyxia and neonatal death were 16, 8 and 5 cases for the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusions The whole course nursing and multivariate nursing intervention have an important influence on the outcomes of the pregnancies of women complicated with heart disease and their infants, which is safe and reliable and is worthy of clinical promotion.
