The invention relates to a steel-fiber reinforced composite material high strength concrete hollow interlayer combination bridge deck comprising reinforced concrete. A fiber reinforced composite material T-shaped rib is arranged in the reinforced concrete, the T shape upper part of the fiber reinforced composite material T-shaped rib is embedded in the reinforced concrete, the T shape lower part extends from the inside of the reinforced concrete to the outside of the reinforced concrete, a fiber reinforced composite material double-layer hollow plate is connected to the T shape lower part, and a reinforcement which is intersected with the T-shaped rib penetrates through the T-shaped rib. The reinforcement is arranged in high strength concrete and can be used as a principle bar and also a shearing force connecting piece. The invention can be directly used as a plate type beam, or form a combination beam by being connected with a girder and a reinforced concrete beam, can be applied to a great amount of newly-built bridges with middle and small spans, can also replace a damaged old bridge deck to shorten the construction period, accelerate the building and maintenance speed and can also strengthen the durability of a bridge structure.
