The invention discloses a method for extracting and separating low viscosity tremella aurantialba polysaccharide, belonging to the technical field of deep processing of edible mushrooms. The method aims at overcoming the difficulty in extraction and separation of tremella aurantialba polysaccharide due to large viscosity and many bubbles of the tremella aurantialba polysaccharide solution in a tremella aurantialba polysaccharide extraction and separation process. The method uses degradation of high power ultrasonic on polysaccharide, and ultrasonic treatment is carried out under the condition of using specific buffer extracting solution with pH value of 7.3, so that the viscosity of the tremella aurantialba polysaccharide extracting solution is remarkably lowered, bubbles of the tremella aurantialba polysaccharide extracting solution are reduced, and the method has strong operability.
