Комплексная оценка моторно-эвакуаторной функции желудка после функциональных операций при язвенной болезни 12-перстной кишки

Gastric motor-emptying disorders in 104 patients with duodenal ulcer after functional operations were analyzed. For an estimation the clinical picture, results of barium contrast studies, real-time ultrasound imaging, upper Gl-endo-scopy and pH-monitoring were used. Many patients in the early period were found to have various degree gastric motor-emptying disorders. The majority of these disorders disappeared in the remote period. At a number of the patients these infringements were significant and required medicinal treatment. Ultrasound imaging and Gl-endoscopy had a significant role in a differential estimation of gastric motor-emptying disorders. The separate elements of engineering of researches from positions of own experience are considered.
