Rotor wing system fixing device for improving safety of ground test for engine of unmanned helicopter

2014
A rotor wing system fixing device for improving the safety of a ground test for the engine of an unmanned helicopter comprises an overall pitch fixing component, a horizontal variable pitch fixing component, a longitudinal variable pitch fixing component, a tail blade pitch fixing component, a cross rod, a diagonal member component and a bolt fixing component, wherein the diagonal member component and the bolt fixing component are used for fixing the cross rod; the cross rod is assembled on an original longitudinal steering engine mounting lug on a helicopter platform and then is fixed on a body lug of the helicopter through the lug fixing component and the diagonal member component; one ends of the overall pitch fixing component, the longitudinal variable pitch fixing component and the horizontal variable pitch fixing component are respectively assembled with an overall pitch operating rock arm, a longitudinal variable pitch operating rock arm and a horizontal variable pitch operating rock arm of the helicopter, and the other ends of the general pitch fixing component, the longitudinal variable pitch fixing component and the horizontal variable pitch fixing component are connected with the cross rod; two ends of the tail blade pitch fixing component are respectively connected with a tail blade pitch operating rock arm of the helicopter and a joint lug at the position of a tail beam. The rotor wing system fixing device for improving the safety of the ground test for the engine of the unmanned helicopter solves the problem that a control system is far from being well developed during the development of unmanned helicopters or a rotor wing system is loose during the maintenance and commissioning of engines.
